Experience Ghana Travel and Tour Company and its directors, members, and affiliates may not be held liable for any accidents, death, injuries, or additional costs incurred before, during, or after the travel and tour experience.
1. Booking and Payments:
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Payment methods accepted are zelle, cash, check.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
Client cancellations are not subject to refunds.
All Deposits are nonrefundable
Transfers of payments made in full are subject to a $100 transfer
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 business days after refund confirmation.
3. Travel Documents:
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates) are valid and obtained before departure.
We are not liable for any costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
4. Changes to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or force majeure.
Alternative arrangements of equal or similar value will be provided where possible.
5. Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss/damage of luggage, etc.
6. Health and Safety:
Participants must ensure they are in good health suitable for the activities included in the tour.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
Experience Ghana Travel and Tour Company is not responsible for any medical or health-related issues.
7. Responsibility:
Our company acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides, etc.).
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour.
8. Behavioral Expectations:
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and locals.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation if behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous.
9. Complaints:
Any complaints or issues during the tour must be reported immediately to our representative for timely resolution.
We will endeavor to resolve complaints efficiently and fairly.
10. Data Privacy:
Personal information provided during booking will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for booking purposes.
11. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, or (iii) health problems.
